Puerto Montt Pride takes place on Saturday the 19th November 2022.

The Movement for Homosexual Integration and Liberation of the Los Lagos region (Movilh-Los Lagos) announced today that due to climatic reasons; which have forced the Pride March in Puerto Montt to be suspended twice this month; the parade will be moved to November for this and all years to come.
“In our city the weather is not with us, it is very variable and there is always the threat of rain. In order to solve this problem once and for all, we have made the decision to play it safe and hold the Pride Parade this year, and every year to come, in the month of November, just as it happens in other countries such as Argentina”, stated the president of Movilh-Los Lagos, José Arcos.

The parade will start from the front of the Puerto Montt Bus Terminal. This was confirmed by José Arcos, president of Movilh-Los Lagos, who called on "all the people of Puerto Montt and the Los Lagos Region to join the Pride March and support our demand for full and total equality of rights for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans, intersex, queer and asexuals (LGBIQA +). It is time to take to the streets and participate in this first Pride march in Puerto Montt after the pandemic. It has been three years since the last march in 2019. Our flags must remain high,” said Arcos.
