Gout Cafe is a Gluten Free, busy gay café located in Recoleta and famous for their excellent coffee blends.

Although only celiacs and people sensitive to gluten experience symptoms and various health disorders if they do not strictly adhere to a gluten-free diet for life, it is a healthy diet for anyone because it forces you to pay more attention to the composition and preparation of food, increasing the consumption of all kinds of vegetables and fruits, as well as natural foods, not frozen or processed, 1 and undertaking it does not entail any risk. The main change is to replace the usual wheat flour with that of selected corn and subjected to greater analytical controls.
