The Restorán Sarita Colonia was born in 2000 in the neighborhood https://sigmaessays.com/ of Bellavista in Santiago, Chile, soon walking becomes the “must” of the Santiago art scene and the “SaritaLovers” appear.

Four years after its opening, the place closes and the “ViudosdeSarita” appear, who during the ten years of absence claim their reopening. Gino Falcone and Jose Salkeld heads of the new premises, work together with different artists and chefs in this new proposal and thus was born Sarita Colonia - Travesti Peruvian Cuisine, a place where Kitsch dementia and maximalism express themselves to tell various stories intertwined with the religious, death, life, friendship and gastronomy.

The theme is Peruvian transvestite.
