The mission of Southwest Virginia Pride, Inc. is to unify and affirm the LGBTQAI+ community and allies in celebrating our diversity and promoting our likeness throughout Southwest Virginia. We will promote acceptance of all individuals by defending human equity. Southwest Virginia Pride, Inc. is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing LGBTQ+ rights, visibility, and acceptance in the southwestern region of Virginia. Through advocacy, community outreach, and educational programs, Southwest Virginia Pride works tirelessly to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies. The annual Pride events serve as powerful platforms for celebration, education, and solidarity, bringing together people from all walks of life to promote equality and understanding. With a strong commitment to diversity and empowerment, Southwest Virginia Pride continues to be a driving force for positive change in the local community and beyond.
