Hampton Roads Pride takes place from the 1st to the 3rd June 2023.

Hampton Roads Pride will present our annual PrideFest event to celebrate the diversity of our community and our allies on the East Coast. Hampton Roads PrideFest is a public celebration, providing Virginians with the opportunity to unify through the celebration of inclusion and equality. PrideFest is one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic and one of the largest festivals in Hampton Roads, drawing 40,000 LGBTQ Community members and our allies to Town Point Park in Norfolk, Virginia.

This June, Hampton Roads Pride will host the 26th annual summer festivals to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community in Hampton Roads. This year Newport News will be added to the celebration for the first time ever as part of the Pride On The Peninsula series established by The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity of Hampton, VA.

The I Am What I Am (IAWIA) Pride Festival will be presented by Tradition Brewing Company, The Newport NEws Marriott at City Center & Hampton Roads Pride, in partnership with The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity in Hampton, VA on Sunday, June 4th, 2023, as the kick-off event to Pride on the Peninsula.
