Pride of Carytown takes place from the 22nd to 24th September 2023.

The LGBTQ community at one of the biggest outdoor festivals in the Richmond region! VA Pridefest attracts tens of thousands of people and features amazing entertainment, food and activities and is free for everyone! More than 130 vendors participated last year—and your organization, business, faith group or company can be one of them in 2023. Carytown Pride, is a full day of Pride themed food, drinks, & activities for the whole family!

Friday:
Pre-pridefest party. Pride after dark with Moore Kismet and Special guest performer Naysha lopez. Start off your pridefest weekend right.

Saturday
Noon - 20:00 Brown's Island. Richmond’s biggest celebration of the LGBTQ community returns on Satuday, September 23 on Brown’s Island! This free event is open to everyone and will feature national, regional and local entertainment on two stages, more than 120 vendors, food, drinks and fun! Be sure to experience our Youth Pride Pavilion with entertainment, activities and experiences for all-ages. For the second year, The McShinn Foundation will sponsor a special sober space for those who don’t drink, featuring special mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

Rainbow Roll: Barbie Edition. 6:00 PM 9:00 PM. On August 20th we are having our Rainbow Roll at Rollerdome but this time it’s Barbie edition 💖 Come out in your best Barbie wear!
