Vienna Pride takes place on Saturday the 15th June 2024.

The highlight is the rainbow parade, where more than 250,000 people are expected to celebrate and demonstrate together. Another highlight is the Pride Run Vienna, where hundreds of participants will set an example for acceptance, both running and in wheelchairs. These events are again accompanied by numerous other events that take place both virtually and on site.

Parade
The rainbow parade will take place on the Vienna Ringstrasse for the 28th time. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, straight, trans, cis, inter and queer people will demonstrate together for acceptance, respect and equal rights in Austria, Europe and around the world. As the largest annual demonstration in Austria, the rainbow parade is an unmistakable sign of a society based on appreciation, recognition and equal rights - regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender characteristics. The Rainbow Parade is an important political demonstration for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer people.

Festival
Restaurateurs from the community offer food and drinks and DJs, bands and other artists from the community perform on the stage in front of the town hall, and we celebrate together after the parade at the After Pride Celebration. The Community Village will open at 11:00.
