Famously Hot South Carolina Pride takes place from the 3rd to 4th October 2025.

Since 1989, South Carolina Pride Movement has been on the forefront of fighting for LGBTQ rights to live, love, work, and celebrate openly and honestly in South Carolina. SC Pride, located in Columbia, SC, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to serving the needs of the LGBTQ+ community and its partners through educational events, entertainment, community outreach, and celebrations of diversity throughout the year. SC Pride produces each year Famously Hot SC Pride Festival, Get Lit Nighttime Parade & Concert, Outfest Columbia, and more. The Pride Festival, held in October each year on Main Street, is one of the largest outdoor festivals in the city and the largest LGBT event in the state. This year will be the 35th anniversary.

Parade
Friday 19:00 we invite you to join us for our night Parade as we light up the night at our annual Parade down Main Street. Come out and help us support, celebrate, educate, and advocate for the LGBT community and culture of South Carolina. Start your Pride weekend by marching in or viewing the Pride Parade on Friday night. Festivities start at 18:00 with a street party, followed by the Parade and then the Get Lit concert.
