Jersey City Pride takes place on Saturday the 23rd August 2025.

The 25th Anniversary Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is celebrating the diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual, queer, intersex, and asexual communities and allies of Hudson County and the New York City Metropolitan area. Previous years the official estimate of attendance at the festival was 20,000 people. The LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is recognised not only as a premier LGBTQ+ event in Hudson County, but also one of the largest pride festivals in the Northeast. The events of Pride season exemplify the strength and growth of our LGBTQ+ and allied community. More importantly, Jersey City Pride emphasises the importance of diversity in our community, making it stronger and more accepting of all individuals and their contributions to our society

Parade
12:00-13:30. Join us for the Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival Pride Equality March. Assembly for the march starts at 12:00 at the City Hall and begins at 13:00 sharp. We will march up Grove Street from City Hall to the Grove PATH Plaza and then up Newark Avenue to our main stage at Erie and Jersey.

We are back and ready to deliver a great experience for all. That’s right…the Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is returning to the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza to celebrate. We will be between Grove Street and Jersey Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Jersey City, as well as the Grove Street.
