Jersey City Pride takes place on Saturday the 26th August 2023.
The 22nd Anniversary Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is 23 consecutive years strong celebrating the diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual, queer, intersex, and asexual communities and allies of Hudson County and the New York City Metropolitan area. Previous years the official estimate of attendance at the festival was 20,000 people.
The LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is recognized not only as a premier LGBTQ+ event in Hudson County, but also one of the largest pride festivals in the Northeast. The events of Pride season exemplify the strength and growth of our LGBTQ+ and allied community. More importantly, Jersey City Pride emphasizes the importance of diversity in our community, making it stronger and more accepting of all individuals and their contributions to our society

Join us for the Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival Pride Equality March. Assembly for the march starts at noon at City Hall and begins at 1PM sharp. We will march up Grove Street from City Hall to the Grove PATH Plaza and then up Newark Avenue to our main stage at Erie and Jersey.
Festival
We are back and ready to deliver a great experience for all. That’s right…the Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is returning to the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza to celebrate our 22nd Anniversary! We will be between Grove Street and Jersey Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Jersey City, as well as the Grove Street.
After party
21:00 - 02:00. Six26 128 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ, United States. The party continues after Pride with the Six26 JC Pride After-Party. Six26 will be open and celebrating Pride all day and will be hosting the Pride after party immediately following the Festival. JC Pride DJs Mike Cruz and Nesto will be hitting the decks all night long. Expect drag shows, dancers, entertainment, drink specials.
PRIDE AFTER DARK
22:00 - 02:00. Porta Jersey City, 135 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, United States. Keep the party going at Porta’s Pride After Dark party on the main floor! Come out to the Festival and check out Porta’s pop-up bar. You can eat and drink at Porta, while the festival is going on, and then come back for the after-party fun. There will be drink specials, giveaways, and more.
