Gay8 Festival will take place on Sunday the 20th February 2022.

Gay8 Festival is the largest Hispanic, LGBTQ music, food, and art fun fest in the nation with over 60,000 attendees in 2018! Its founders Damian Pardo and Joe Cardona thought of creating one day of fun with music, dance, savoury foods and local art that reached out to very different parts of South Florida to celebrate together in a historic part of town facing widespread gentrification - Little Havana.

Yup! It is the largest Latino LGBTQ Festival in the United States and is free!

Many people have described Gay Ocho as a “community pride on steroids” - a pride of very different people coming together in one South Florida community to share an amazing day. An “arroz con mango” (“stickey mess”) of delight, fun, music, art, food, cafecito, salsa, dancing, parties wrapped in a colourful, historic, magical area that captures the imagination of a wonderful Caribbean/Latin day and night on the town.

The one-day festival blends all of South Florida’s delights into one gigantic party in the heart of Miami’s historic, Little Havana, where Gay8 invites all Miamians and visitors for the Fiesta of a lifetime stretching for three fun-packed, activity-filled blocks from 14th to 17th Avenues.
