Cloppenburg Pride takes place on Saturday the 22nd June 2024.

The abbreviation CSD stands for Christopher Street Day - a historic day of remembrance of the first known resistance of homosexuals and transsexuals to state and social discrimination. Since 2013, we have been organising events in the district of Cloppenburg and the region in the conscious tradition of this Memorial Day. With our association, we want to promote the diversity and acceptance of people with different sexual orientations and gender identities in the local community.

Theme
RESPEKT - 10 years of CSD Cloppenburg - for democracy and diversity.

Parade
We start at 3:00 p.m. with a short greeting and then with a political demonstration through the city. This year, the starting point and finish point should be Bernay Square. Similar to 2023. 15:15 start of the demonstration on Bernay Square.

Festival
There will then be a final rally followed by a street festival on Bernay Square. As in the previous year, there will be the opportunity for exchange and information with musical performances during the rally. 1615 end of the demonstration and start of the final rally on Bernay Square. We cordially invite all people - regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity - to join us in setting an example for diversity and acceptance in our region and celebrating it.
