CSD Lubeck takes place over the weekend 15/16th August 2025.

The Pride season has long been in full swing and many cities and communities are taking to the streets for the rights and acceptance of LGBTIQ* people. One of the main demands is the replacement of the Transsexual Act (TSG) with a self-determination law, which allows a change of name and gender entry before the registry office on the basis of self-disclosure. Since 1949, Article 3 of the German Basic Law has failed to protect those people who are disadvantaged because of their sexual or gender identity. The government traffic light in Berlin gives hope, but is still not to GO. We demand the inclusion of protection against discrimination for queer people in the Basic Law and in the state constitution of Schleswig-Holstein.

Parade
Saturday from 12:00, Start & Finish: Market à Lübeck. While the trucks are still being prepared for their grand entrance at the Marienkirchhof, the demonstration begins with the opening rally on the marketplace. Before here, the march begins through the Holstenstraße and leads past the Holstentor to Lindenplatz, back through the historic city centre, across the transport hubs of Lübeck and ends again on the market square with the PolitTalk and the CSD street festival.

Festival
Saturday 11:00. The street festival at the market starts on the Friday and will continue on Saturday. The market square, Lübeck's premier address and parlour, will be transformed this weekend into a pulsating mix of political engagement, colourful hustle and bustle, discussion and information. Look forward to rousing live performances, impressive interpretations and be carried away by the sound and atmosphere. Let yourself be invited to inspiring conversations and exciting discussions at the information stands of the clubs, organizations and parties. Enjoy cool refreshments, hot snacks and a wide range of offerings at the restaurateurs' stands.
