Black's Beach is a secluded section of beach beneath the bluffs of Torrey Pines on the Pacific Ocean in La Jolla.

The northern portion of Black's Beach is where you are looking for, and to get there (by car) drive up a small track. Keep driving forward till you get to the end. If you see a 'danger' sign, you’re in the right place. The path down is a bit rough. When you get to the beach, head north along the shoreline.
