24 by AvenidA Hotel is set in Kaprun in the Salzburg region, only 800 yards from Maiskogel ski lift, 24 by Avenida Kaprun by Alpin Rentals was newly built in 2017. The property offers a sauna, gym and infrared seats.

The accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV. Some units have a dining area and/or balcony. Some units also have a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher and microwave. Every unit features a private bathroom with a bath or shower and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered.
