Utah Pride week is 8 Days of Celebrating Utah’s LGBTQ+ Community, May 29 – June 5, 2022
Pride is back and bigger than ever! More events, more festival space, more food vendors and a longer parade route. It has been 3 years since we last celebrated a typical pride (Festival & Parade in 2019). We are making up for lost time with 14 events/activities during the 2022 pride week.

FESTIVAL
The Utah Pride Festival returns with plans for 60,000+ attendees over two days with more, more, more to welcome everyone back to PRIDE! This includes more space with food trucks on 500 South and our Volunteer Village on Library Square. Plan on more drink stations, more entrance gates and more exhibitor booths. The Utah Pride Festival is the largest PRIDE celebration, per capita, in the Western United States.
PARADE
The Utah Pride Parade returns with plans for a longer parade route with more space for seating and tree lined streets for your viewing pleasure. We are growing up and growing out to provide social distancing opportunities and space so that everyone has a great view of the parade. Strategically, the route was chosen to partially wrap around the Utah Pride Festival grounds by equal distances, just two blocks away. Everyone can easily attend the festival after the parade and find shorter lines to enter.
RALLY & MARCH
The hugely successful Rainbow March returns and kicks off the PRIDE Weekend of celebrations with an evening sunset rally at the Utah State Capitol with music and rousing calls for equality, representation and appreciation for Utah’s LGBTQ+ community members. Afterwards, attendees dressed in their PRIDE Glow Garb will march down State Street to make their voices heard. Join us as we honour all genders and orientations of our community, including but not limited to Transgender, Queer, Bisexual, Pansexual, Asexual, Intersex, Lesbian, Gay, Omnisexual, Demisexual, Polyamorous, Non-binary, Two-Spirit, Agender, Genderqueer and our Straight Allies. Glow stick accessories will be available for purchase on site!
