Pride in the Heart of the Illinois Valley. Join us in beautiful downtown Ottawa, Illinois, in the heart of the Illinois Valley, for the Ottawa Family Pride Festival. The 4th annual festival, will feature vendors, artists, food, live music, drag queens, crafts, activities, and so much more.
