The Southern IL Pride Fest is an annual celebration in Carbondale, IL. Hosted by Rainbow Café, a non-profit center for LGBTQ+ youth across Southern Illinois, the festival is our way of fostering acceptance and affirmation of the LGBTQ+ Community throughout Southern Illinois by raising awareness and providing a network of care and support. The festival and other events serve as safe spaces for all of our LGBTQ+ family, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, affiliation or status.
