Mexico City Pride 2019
One of the largest Gay Pride event in Latin America. Mexico City Pride takes to the streets of Mexico City with Turista Libre in honour of the annual “Marcha del Orgullo LGBTTI.” Now in its 41st year, the march — happening Saturday, June 29. Along with the incredible pride parade, you can expect a host of different parties taking place in many of the bars and clubs throughout the city's gay neighbourhood, Zona Rosa.

The route, some four kilometres from start to finish, heads along Paseo de la Reforma before ending in the city's main square or Zócalo, sandwiched — fittingly so — between several major government buildings and the Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral. At this point — surprise, surprise! — kiss-ins usually ensue. Stick around after the march for a pulque lunch at one of our favourite eateries, El Mexicano.
