Derby Pride 2019 will take place on Saturday 7th September 2019 at Curzon Street, Derby.
Our free annual event celebrates LGBT+ culture and brings together the diverse communities within Derby and surrounding areas. We are a family friendly event and open to all.

Each year we have a busy Market Zone where local businesses, charities and other organisations can sell their goods or promote their services to our attendees.

Parade
Starts at noon. Pride day will start with a large and colourful parade through the central shopping area and the Market Place, from St. Peter’s Street and ending up at Curzon Street at 12pm for the start of the main Pride event. The on foot parade will include the Ambassadors Showband and various groups, as well as members of the general public. The meeting point for anyone wanting to take part in the parade is on St Peter’s Churchyard, at the junction with St. Peter’s Street – participants should meet between 11am and 11.15am. Ryans Bar on St. Peter's Churchyard will be opening at 11am for anyone needing refreshments or toilet facilities.

Festival
Noon - 6pm
For 2019 we have Derby Pride’s biggest and best ever line-up of acts performing on the main stage from 12pm – 6pm. Derby Pride 2019 will be hosted by Soraya Vivian and Pete Martine.
