Uppsala Pride takes place on Saturday the 26th September 2026.

As early as 1971, the first pride festival was held in Uppsala, organized by RFSL Uppsala - a local branch of RFSL: The National Federation for the Rights of Homosexuals, Bisexuals, Transgender, Queers and Intersex Persons. After a break for a while, since 2016 we have arranged Uppsala's pride festival again. The initiative started as an integration project under the name Welcome OUT, but is today called Uppsala Pride.
