Utrecht Pride takes place on the canal on Saturday the 7th June 2025.
All organisations that have a warm heart for the LGBTI + community are welcome to register. There can be registered in four categories: LGBTI non-profit, LGBTI profit, LGBTI personnel associations / department and LGBTI friends. In order to monitor the content and message of the parade, all registrations are substantively assessed by an independent advisory committee. They advise the board of the Utrecht Canal Pride, after which the list of participants will be finalised. Just like in previous years, pink organisations will be given priority in the selection procedure, so that just as in the past three editions, all pink organisations that have registered will actually have a place in the parade. In this way, they underline the purpose of the parade: making the LGBTI + community visible. Exactly what the Utrecht Canal Pride was created for.

Boat Parade
From 13.30, the canal and Oudegracht of Utrecht will turn colourful again in all the colours of the rainbow! The Utrecht Pride boat parade is the stage for organisations that are committed to the LGBTQI+ community all year round. On the 50 boats, they make their important work shine even more during this special day. Do not miss it! From 13.30 the boats leave from the starting point: the Bartholomew Bridge. The parade will pass under Hoog Catharijne around 14:00., after which the first boat will pass under the Monica Bridge at 14:30. From 15:00 the parade will approach the pink zone at the Viebrug. Visitors at the Hamburger Bridge will see the first boat arrive around 15:30, after which the first boat will be at the end point at the Tolsteeg barrier at 16:00. All boats are rounded around 6 p.m.!
Festival
15:00-23:00. Street Parties. PANN, Roost aan de Singel and Café Kalff are throwing one big party after the boat parade: the Utrecht Pride Street Parties! With internships in the heart of the city centre, dozens of artists, food trucks and more. Entrance is free.
