Rainbow-Day Magdeburg takes place on Tuesday the 4th November 2025.

The capital of Saxony-Anhalt, beautifully situated on the Elbe River, is not only celebrating 500 years of Magdeburg City Library next year, it also has a colourful queer community. In order to enable a dialogue on equal terms with cosmopolitan companies, Rainbow Day 2025 is also coming to Magdeburg, and that's a good thing.

Companies introduce themselves here as regional employers and show why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture, and are happy to engage in dialogue with interested visitors from the queer community (and everyone for whom diversity is important). Conversely, everyone who attends Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in that company. Regardless of industry or general field of expertise.
