CSD Wuppertal takes place on Saturday the 9th September 2023.

According to nationwide statistics, around 27,000 people from the queer community live in Wuppertal. Especially for the smaller towns and communities in the area, Wuppertal is the "metropolis of the Bergisches Land". After the successful event in 2021, the Round Table LSBTIQ is organizing the CSD again.

The demonstration for the CSD Wuppertal took place after the CSD festival and gave the community space to demonstrate for their rights!

Festival
The CSD will take place in Wuppertal on September 9th, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Johannes-Rau-Platz in Wuppertal-Barmen. We are currently putting together the program for this year's CSD.
The festival is the culmination of the Weeks of Diversity, in which various events take place that give all interested people the opportunity to talk to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, inter* and queer people of all ages.
At the CSD itself, there will be an exciting program with music acts and talks. In addition, the clubs and groups of the Wuppertal queer community present themselves and their respective focal points. You can read more about this further down this page.

Welcome to Crystal Queer, the official CSD aftershow party at LOCH - THE queer event for club creatures, dance floor worshippers and art connoisseurs.
With the drag collective Velvet Curtains, a gender-affirming sewing workshop, DJs and lots of art!
The LOCH is a Wuppertal art and culture centre that is characterized above all by its cross-genre and participatory character.
