CSD Hof takes place from the 17th to 24th May 2024.
On March 10, 2024 we founded with eight queer members. We are now registered as an association and our non-profit status has been recognised. We have also grown: we now have over 40 members. The purpose of our association is to promote queer life in the city and district of Hof. We promote respect, acceptance and equality throughout the community. We plan regular meetings to make Hof queer-friendly, for example we hold the queer regulars' table "Queertisch" in the Linde every first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. Our biggest campaign is organising the next Christopher Street Days (CSD) in Hof.
The 2nd Christopher Street Day will take place in Hof. The demonstration and the subsequent street festival are framed by the Colourful Week, with numerous other events and actions for more tolerance and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people.

Parade
CSD will take place in Hof from 13:00 to 17:00 p.m. This is not a party parade, but a political demonstration with speeches and demands. The whole thing is organised by the Hof Youth Forum, funded by the federal project Democracy Life. And supported by Queerlife Hof eV. Mayor Eva Döhla has also taken on the patronage. The CSD running demo begins at Wittelsbacher Park. The demo train will be set up and structured there. Then it moves over Liebigstrasse to Bahnhofsstrasse and down this to Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, i.e. the Q-Bogen. There will be a stop there with contributions from the front vehicle on the topic of youth. The train then moves onto Marienstrasse and stops at the corner of Luitpoldstrasse for further contributions to the topic of school. The train then passes the rest of Marienstrasse onto Lessingstrasse and then turns for a third stop into the monastery gate, towards the health department. There are speeches there on the subject of health. The train heads towards the town hall via Theaterstrasse and Klosterstrasse for a final stopover with contributions to the subject of politics. Then we go up Ludwigsstraße towards the home straight – the Kugelbrunnen and Oberen Torplatz. There, the meeting is dissolved and seamlessly transitions into the CSD street festival.
