Zagreb Pride takes place on Saturday the 3rd July 2021.

Zagreb Pride is a queer-feminist and anti-fascist association that is committed to the realization of an active society of solidarity and equality free from gender and sex standards and categories and any other kind of oppression.

Zagreb Pride was the first LGBTQIA+ Pride march in Croatia as well as in Southeast Europe. It takes place every year in June in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. The Pride march was inspired by the Stonewall riots that took place in New York City in 1969. Stonewall is considered by the LGBTQIA+ community to be the most important event that led to the modern gay liberation movement and The Gay Liberation Front.

Where: Mimara Museum, Rooseveltov trg 5, Zagreb
The March culminates in a city centre park where speeches, picnics and other festivities usually take place.
The protest within the Pride March in Zagreb invokes an antifascist and queer feminist common struggle for equality and the full civil and human rights of all the oppressed.

After party
After every Pride March, there is a big party in one of the clubs in the city centre, well known as Partycipacija. The program usually consists of DJs and various performers from all over Europe.
