Linz Pride takes place on Saturday the 6th July 2024.
Linzpride 2024, originally planned and registered for June 29th, 2024, must be postponed to July 6th, 2024 as “LIDO Sounds” will take place on the same day at the Urfahraner fairgrounds. The linzpride event has always taken place on the last Saturday in June since 2009 and is coordinated with other CSD and Pride events nationwide. For 2024, an application was made to the responsible municipal authority for approval immediately after the end of linzpride2023. This was followed by a telephone conversation with a municipal employee regarding a vote to enlarge the area.

14:00-21:00 Welcome to PRIDE CITY, the heart of the new concept for Linzpride 2024! After the Pride Parade through the streets of Linz, PRIDE CITY invites you to spend the afternoon in an atmosphere of community and celebration around the OK Linz (Offenes Kulturhaus). Iinformation stands from clubs, companies and sponsors await you on the OK Platz and in the inner courtyard of the Ursulinenhof. Here you can find out about the work and the diverse offerings of the community associations and talk to like-minded people. Don't forget to browse the colourful range of the PRIDE Shop, where you will find a large selection of flags, bracelets, buttons, pins and solidarity bracelets - every item purchased in the PRIDE Shop supports HOSI Linz and is a wonderful sign of solidarity and cohesion.
17:00, you can expect a varied program and an exciting DJ line up that will create the right atmosphere. Look forward to short introductions from the partner associations, which will give you an insight into their work and their goals. This increased involvement of partners from HOSI Linz and Linzpride creates new collaborations and strengthens the bond within the community. In collaboration with the Crossing Europe film festival, we are also presenting you a selection of queer short films by local artists in Moviemento. Immerse yourself in fascinating stories and experience the diversity of queer culture first hand.
After party
From 21:00, celebrate the crowning conclusion of the Linzpride day with us at the PRIDE NIGHT in the OK Linz (Offenes Kulturhaus Linz) or the Center for Contemporary Art. Together we want to end the day appropriately with music and an exuberant atmosphere for a night full of queer enthusiasm and positive energy. Let yourself be seduced by the colourful DJ line up and immerse yourself in the rousing atmosphere on the media deck. As a very special highlight, the performers of the drag show are waiting to take you into the diverse world of drag. Enjoy the variety of sounds and the electrifying atmosphere on two floors: the media deck with the DJ line up and the drag show as well as the outdoor chill out zone, where smokers, those who want to flirt and visitors who are tired of partying can find a relaxed atmosphere to chat and relax.
