Assemble at Buoy Park, Academy Street, Belfast from 11,30am. We will then be having a Trans Pride March at 12pm, on a circular route of: Academy Street, Donegall Street, Waring Street, North Street, Union Street, Donegall Street and back to Academy Street (Buoy Park).

There will be a Trans Pride Rally at Buoy Park from 12.30pm to 2pm. The Central Hall in First Presbyterian Church on Rosemary Street, will be open for toilet (including wheelchair accessible) and water access (bring your own cups). There will be trans – friendly stalls at First Presbyterian Church’s minor hall from 2pm to 6pm. Accessibility details for First Presbyterian Church’s minor hall can be found here

This year our theme is “Celebrating Gender Diversity” and speakers will be talking about a transgender, intersex, or non-binary person they admire, or what their organisation does to support transgender, intersex and non-binary people. Viewers discretion is advised for the rally. A big thanks to the Lord Mayor Of Belfast, Quire LGBT Singers, Victoria Garrett, Carla Queen, Miz Tasty, Alexis Cox, Fefe Geisha and Onya Becks for participating!

Trans Pride NI is proud to not discriminate against people on the basis of their personal choices to have or not have gender affirming medical treatment, whether they “pass” in society or not, whether they live in one gender role all the time or not, what age they are, what their gender identity is, what political or religious opinions they have, what their sexual orientation is, if they are disabled or not or any other protected characteristic.

Trans Pride NI Festival has been grant aided by Belfast City Council. The views expressed are not necessarily shared or endorsed by the Council. The Council does not accept any responsibility or liability for the same.
