The following info should help you get the best out of your day:
Plan for the weather, drinking water is a must and sun cream or a raincoat depending on the weather forecast.
If you plan to picnic and relax on the field you will need your own seating and or blanket.
Please note, strictly NO barbecues or fires. NO Gazebos are allowed to be put up in the event area by the general public. For guests wanting to bring Gazebos, these can be used outside the boundaries of the event in the rest of the park. We ask that children under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult.
Please bag up your rubbish and dispose of it sensibly, volunteers have to make the field spotless again afterwards ready for public use.
