Austin Pride takes place on Saturday the 12th August 2023.
Formed in 2010, the Austin Gay and Lesbian Pride Foundation (AGLPF) is the 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to managing and organizing Austin's annual PRIDE celebration and Stonewall Rally. Each year, we fill Pride week with the best parties, performances and LGBTQ gatherings as possible. With over 400,000 attending in 2019, this year will be even BIGGER! You have come to expect amazing entertainment from Austin Pride, and this year will be no exception!!
It may be a week later, but we’ll be there, as queer as ever. Because Pride is more than a parade… Pride is about living authentically, truthfully, and uniquely you! Austin PRIDE Festival and Parade take over Austin Saturday, August 12th with over 400,000 projected attendees! You have come to expect amazing entertainment from Austin Pride, and this year is no exception!!

Parade
Congress Ave. / Warehouse District. 8:00pm – 11:00pm
The Parade is FREE and open to the public. It kicks off at the Texas State Capitol Building and marches down Congress Ave. Ending on the Ann Richards Bridge.
The route includes 2 Emcee stage: At the intersection of Congress and 4th, and the Roof top at Rain!
Festival
Fiesta Gardens, 2101 Jesse Segovia St. 11:00am – 6:00pm
Austin’s Annual PRIDE celebration is one of the largest opportunities for local non-profit organizations, social groups, and causes gaining exposure in the LGBTQ community. Each year, dozens of these groups use the Festival as a platform to inform and interact with the thousands of attendees. Countless people find new organizations to join, causes supporting, and opportunities to volunteer at PRIDE events. Furthermore, we are proud to know that the Austin PRIDE Festival is Central Texas’ single largest HIV testing day of the year, enabling several local HIV-related service organizations to reach populations they may otherwise not reach!
