Pridefest Collaborative takes place on Saturday the 7th June 2025.

Pridefest Collaborative didn’t come into existence overnight. In fact, becoming a non-profit was not the original intent of the group that became Pridefest Collaborative. It started with a PASSION to provide safety and promote inclusion for our LGTBQIA+ youth and families through an event called Pridefest. Pridefest was first held in 2021 and brought together 80+ participants and 15+ community organizations in an afternoon of fun, connection, and support. In 2022, the community resonated with excitement for the next Pridefest, which was even bigger than the first. As the community voice got louder, we realised that Pridefest was something special and needed to be protected. Thus, PFC came to be and the rest, you might say, has become history.
