Up North Pride takes place from the 27th September to 1st October 2023.

Traverse City’s official LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration and Michigan’s Premier Destination Pride event is taking place throughout downtown Traverse City, and it goes by the name of Up North Pride.

2023 marks the 10th year of the celebration, with a continued mission of making the region a more diverse, inclusive and safe place for everyone.

The line-up of festivities varies with options of entertainment, food and drink, live performances plus more---and the majority free to the public or with suggested donation. The week-long event includes the largest participant-driven LGBTQ Pride March in the state, along with additional exciting events.

Join us for the largest participant-driven 2SLGBTQIA+ Pride March in Michigan, beginning at F&M Park and proudly walking through downtown to The Open Space. The rally will start at 4 pm with keynote speakers and this year's Grand Marshall, RuPaul Drag Race's Miss Congeniality: Nina West. The march will follow the kick off speeches and is free and open to everyone.
