Omagh Pride takes place on Saturday 14th June 2025.

On Saturday, Omagh will once again open Pride season in Northern Ireland with its fifth annual parade. The town will be awash with colour as the LGBTQ+ community and allies march through the town. Those interested in volunteering with Omagh Pride are asked to get in touch via social media.

Daniel Waldron, Omagh Pride chairperson, said:
“We're very excited to mark our fifth year, bringing a celebration of LGBTQ+ identity and culture to the town, along with a party atmosphere. We're doing so with financial support from the National Lottery Community Fund, for which we are so grateful.” “While we're going to have plenty of fun on Pride day, we're also very concerned about threats to trans rights in particular, both globally and locally. Therefore, we've decided our theme this year is ‘Trans Lives Matter’, and we'll be putting this issue front and centre.”

Parade
Parade participants are asked to gather at the Main Street car park on Kevlin Avenue from 1pm. Following speeches from LGBTQ+ organisations and other campaign groups, the parade will move off at 14:00.

Festival
Afterwards, there will be entertainment on Main Street from 15:00. Trisha McCluney will be returning, this time performing her Perfect Illusion tribute to Lady Gaga, alongside local band Placehold. There will also be a circus performance, face painting, drag ceilidh, and much more.
