Croydon Pride takes place over the weekend 16th,17th July 2022.
London's second largest and free Pride festival is back for its 5th year on Saturday 16th July., the free festival this year returns to Wandle Park bringing more fun and entertainment.
Parade
The Croydon PrideFest walking parade is free to attend and open to everybody who would like to support our LGBT+ community and be part of this amazing festival. The parade will start from Marks and Spencer, on NorthEnd Croydon CR9 1SH at 12.00noon on Saturday 16th July 2022 and will last approximately 40mins.
Whether as a group or an individual, participation in our parade is free and open to everyone who would like to support our LGBT+ community and be part of our amazing festival.
Festival
Croydon PrideFest returns to Wandle Park on Saturday 16 July 2022. PrideFest 2022 will build upon what everyone loved about the last festival:
One amazing stage – the focus for the event
Biggest and best line-up – we had some big names lined up for PrideFest 2019, including Soju from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11
More accessible – for those with hearing difficulties, we have British Sign Language interpreters at our main stage and better disabled loos
Same community focus – Croydon PrideFest is for the LGBT+ community, by the LGBT+ community, which sets us apart from other pride festivals across the country
After-party
The official Croydon Pride After Party is brought to you by Magenta Tea (legendary hostess of our monthly F*** it up Friday ballroom OTAs) and in association with The Batty Mama.
There will be DJs, food, fun and frolics. Our friends from Bold Mellon will be hosting a chill out zone and queer art exhibition in the Social. The tunes will be pumping in the main hall, cocktails flowing in our new glamorous gallery bar space and the outdoor yard bar will be an ideal spot for watching the sun set.
We will be going 8 till 2.30am so, once you are done in Wandle Park, drag your fine selves up to Norwood Junction for the ultimate Croydon Pride After Party.
