Glastonbury Pride takes place on Sunday the 23rd July 2023.
With the Pride flag fluttering over Glastonbury Town Hall, Glastonbury Pride 2023 celebrates this important day of visibility, spirituality and community cohesion for LGBTQ+ people in the town and beyond. MAIN EVENTS & QUIET SPACES:
10am-12 noon Pre Pride Brunch. Venue: FARA (Brunch menu / prices at venue)
12-1pm Gfm radio ‘Pride Takeover!’ Venue: The Market Cross. Awesome local talent! Featuring: Earthquake Samba Band, Antinous opening blessing, Glastonbury Border Morris, His and Hers Theatre Company, The Pride Minister, Dragon Drummers, Cat La Rocca, Tony Atkinson, Beki Nagle, Karen Shoemark and Katze Noir! Fundraising raffle for Mindline Trans+ and 2BU!
1pm Walk to The White Spring. Help carry the Intercom Trust rainbow flag! (Market Cross entertainment continues until 2pm for those who cannot or do not want to take the walk)
2-5pm Family Inclusive Picnic Area. Venue: FARA (menu / prices available at venue or ‘bring your own’). Stalls: Mindline Trans+, 2BU, SWISH. Raffle draw!
2-5pm Viva Vada Queer Cinema Pride Special. Venue: The King Arthur. (Tickets available soon via Eventbrite)
2.15-6pm DJ Dunya in collaboration with LEXX: ‘Queerness and spirituality. Bridging the gap’. Poetry, storytelling, DJ set and soundbath. Venue: St Benedict’s Church

7.30-10.30pm Rainbow Vespers official-ish post Pride Cabaret. Venue: The King Arthur. (Tickets only available via Eventbrite). QUIET AND SPIRITUAL SPACES:
10am, St John’s Church. Holy Communion service followed by space for quiet reflection. Refreshments in the afternoon
10.30am-1pm, United Reform Church. Pride Service followed by refreshments until 12 noon. Space open for people to visit, sit and chat until 1pm
11am-1pm, St Benedict’s Church. Celtic Communion followed by space for quiet reflection.
1pm-4pm, The Temple of Avalon. Pagan space for quiet reflection, open to all sexualities and genders
1.30-4pm Church Lane Hub. Join The Quakers in quiet reflection.
2pm, The White Spring. Pagan Temple Blessing
