Trans Pride Brighton takes place on Saturday the 18th July 2026.
Trans Pride Brighton has been running since 2013 and the first and largest Trans Pride event in Europe, is the 13th Annual Trans Pride, with the aim to provide a great day for trans, non-binary & intersex people and their friends, allies & family. We are a grassroot community-led organisation staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers. Trans Pride Brighton is the first and the largest Trans Pride event outside of America. Each year since 2013 we’ve host the largest protest for trans liberation in Europe, with over 10,000 people attending. Every year we provide a great day, where trans people, friends, allies and family can meet and have an amazing time in a fun and safe space. Our aim is to inspire all trans, intersex, gender variant and queer people to help make a real difference by celebrating trans lives and gender diversity. We aim to educate and eliminate discrimination by promoting equality and diversity through visibility, while also celebrating our unique history.
We at Trans Pride Brighton have watched in horror over the last couple of years at the politically motivated attacks on the healthcare of trans children, even more so as it has intensified under the Labour government.

Parade
Speeches start at 11:30, with the march setting off at 12:00. This year the march will begin slightly further back in Valley Gardens, as the Band Stage takes over Victoria Gardens. The march will follow last year’s route, with a slight extension to accommodate the new start point, finishing at Victoria Gardens and marking the start of the main events there.

Victoria Gardens, a venue with almost triple the capacity of New Steine Gardens, last year’s venue, along with expanded community stalls, the bar area and a large screen showing live performances.
Acoustic Stage, Sober and Family Space
Dorset Gardens, where you can find community stalls, food trucks and play equipment. We are working hard to ensure accessibility for all attendees, and mats will be laid down again to make the space fully accessible.
Brighton Dome Makers Market
Brighton Dome foyer will be hosting the Trans Pride Makers Market, with stalls selling crafts from TNBI creators and artists. This space will also include a quiet area for those who need somewhere to decompress at any point during the day.
The Actors Trans Pride Street Party
The
Actors pub is bringing back the very popular Trans Pride Street Party this year.
After party
From 19:00 at the Corn Exchange, part of the Brighton Dome complex. The After Party runs until 02:00, hosted this year by Polyglamorous. Expect incredible TNBI DJs and performers for an unforgettable party into the early hours, perfect for those who still have energy left after a day of protesting and celebrating.
