Pride In Ely Festival takes place on Saturday the 6th August 2022.
Pride in Ely are pleased to announce that we will be returning with our Pride Festival on Saturday, August 6th after a hiatus due to the pandemic, and it is going to be bigger and better than ever this year, with a day of family fun, stalls, acts, food and drink between The Maltings and Jubilee Gardens.
Festival
Entrance to the day will be free and everyone (and we mean everyone!) is welcome to attend, so make sure you save the date. We will be having stages for live music and dance but also a quieter spoken word stage in the Maltings (if you wish to give a talk on this stage please let us know) In the evening we'll be holding a ticketed, adult only cabaret show, tickets will go on sale shortly please see our website for details. Prides are important not only by being social, but also by bringing people together in solidarity in what can sometimes seem as difficult times. We are also hoping to bring the festival to other parts of the city, with fringe events spread across the weekend and spread around the city.
