Kielce Equality March takes place on Saturday the 9th July 2022.

We, people gathered around the Province of Equality Association: members, friendly people and supporters, aware of the hate speech and problems faced by people belonging to minorities, decide to organize the Pride Week Kielce 2022 Festival.

With this event, we want to draw attention to the unequal rights of minority groups, in particular the rights of LGBTQIA people. We want to demonstrate our opposition to discrimination and hatred. The march is to build social acceptance for people who are particularly vulnerable to any exclusion, in particular because of their psychosexual orientation and gender identity. The march and the events surrounding the march are to give everyone a sense of belonging and security, to show that Kielce and the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship are also their home.

Being moved by Russia's aggression against Ukraine and the measure of brutality shown by the Russian invaders in Ukraine, this march is to be supported by all people from Ukraine. And those who came to Poland, those who went further, but also those who stayed in their own country. We do not agree with one country attacking another. There is no consent to the torture and ill-treatment of civilians. We demand the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine and the restoration of peace.

We invite all organizations, groups and everyone for whom human rights are the most important value to walk together, express objections and have fun. Help us colour Kielce in the rainbow and let Kielce turn into Queerka for at least one day.
