CSD Straubing takes place on Saturday the 15th July 2023.

Christopher Street Day commemorates the uprising of homosexuals and transsexuals against police violence and repression in June 1969 on New York's Christopher Street in the Greenwich Village district. Today we are demonstrating against exclusion and for tolerance and acceptance. That is why the CSD is one of our most important and largest projects. Christopher Street Day (CSD) is a day of commemoration, demonstration and celebration of lesbians and gays. Bisexuals, tans* people, intersex people and all queer people. On this day, demonstrations are held for the rights of these groups and against discrimination and exclusion. The largest demonstrations on the occasion of the CSD in German-speaking countries take place in Berlin and Cologne. Those of us, Queer in Niederbayern e. V., organized and held CSDs take place in Kelheim, Straubing and Landshut.

CSD Straubing is in its 4th year.
