A Week of Leather takes place at the Laird Hotel from 7th to 15 August 2023.

The Laird invites you to AWOL 2023 – A Week of Leather and Fetish, undoubtedly Australia’s premier series of geared-up and stripped-down events for same-sex attracted CIS and Trans males.

Between 7th and 15th August, AWOL 2023 will provide an array of events which appeal to the leather and fetish enthusiast, as well as those on the curious side.

It’s a week jam-packed with events, kicking off with Meet Market, and featuring two great parties – AWOL Jock Party and Hustle. The week is rounded out with the Hand Jobs Art Exhibition, Eagle Sessions, High Shine and Happy Ending. And we’re stoked to have a new addition to the line-up – Kink Wars will see hide (leather) and slide (rubber) battle it out in a series of fetish-friendly challenges to find out which kink reigns supreme.

AWOL would not be possible without the year-round support of our family of Laird Leathermen, Boot Blacks, Ropers, Buzz Cutters and all the kinksters who make The Laird a haven for guys into gear.
