With Australia's only Pride Parade on the beach, Gold Coast Pride Festival Fair Day on June 1 is the perfect way to kick off your month of rainbow fun in the sun! Starting off with a bang, our opening night on Friday, sets the stage for an unforgettable Pride 2024. Dive into intimate discussions, sip on refreshing drinks, and engage in thought-provoking forums and talks that will enrich your understanding of the LGBTQ+ community - all while enjoying the sweet sounds of local LGBTIQAP+ acts!

Launch Party - Friday
FREE! 3 -10pm. Start your Pride Month off with a bang at Hairy Mary's for the Gold Coast Pride official opening night. We have music and sounds from Disco Donna and a special guest appearance by the Gold Coast's fabulous queer comedy sensation JD Zamora. Join us for a chance to meet the Gold Coast Pride team, and our wonderful volunteers, and dance the night away as we get into full swing for our 4th Gold Coast Pride Festival.

Let's not forget the crown jewel of the festival—the breathtaking beach parade along Narrow Neck in Surfers Paradise. Picture a sea of colour, glitter, and pure joy as the LGBTQ+ community and allies come together in a display of love and unity. It's a sight you won't want to miss!

Fair Day
On Saturday, get ready to explore a vibrant array of market stalls, offering an eclectic mix of unique products and services that cater to all tastes. Whether you're shopping for a special keepsake or simply indulging in some retail therapy, there's something for everyone!

After party
As the sun sets, the energy surges, and the party kicks into high gear for the biggest after party of the year! Get ready to dance the night away, surrounded by a sea of like-minded souls, all celebrating the vibrant tapestry of love. This will be a ticketed event.
