Gold Coast Pride takes from the 31st May to 1st June 2024.

Gold Coast Pride Beach Parade, Fair Day and After Party. The Genderfluid Picnic will kick off the week on the first Sunday, with a picnic, guided creek walk, activities and snacks provided. Taking place in beautiful Coombabah Wetlands Reserve, the Genderfluid Picnic will offer an opportunity for gender-questioning, gender-neutral and gender-diverse people to gather in a low-key social setting beside beautiful wetlands. Designed with teen and mixed ability audiences in mind, the Genderfluid Picnic event is a collaboration with the NDIS and Seaweed Society and is an all-inclusive, all-ages event.

Saturday 12:00 - 22:00 (following the Beach Parade) @ Macintosh Island Park, Surfers Paradise.
Join us for a fabulous, family-friendly day in the park. Bring your picnic blankets and find a spot under a tree while you enjoy some great live entertainment on stage.
Along with live musical performances and DJs we have the hotly-anticipated, and now in its third year, GOLD COAST Drag Pageant! Watch the guys and gals strut their stuff and see who sashays away crowned Miss Gold Coast or Mr Gold Coast!! You can grab a bite from one of the food trucks and stroll through a tempting array of market stalls. We have a safe space for trans and neurodiverse folks, designed in consultation with the community, with plenty of snacks and activities as well as a low-sensory chill out zone. With face-painting and glitter at our Decoration Station, as well as roving circus performers, as well as a beautiful playground and nature-based adventure setting, there's plenty to keep the kids entertained all day.
