Playa La Macha Beach

Playa La Macha is a very secluded and private beach in the Manuel Antonio region, and is a Gay Nude Beach

Expect a fairly taxing 20-minute hike from town to this gay beach, it’s not as well-known so won’t always have crowds like Playa Espadilla, although it is growing in popularity.

To get here, head North from the main town and turn left at Bongo Hostel, drive as far as you can, and then you will have to walk down a hiking trail to the beach. This is one of Manuel Antonio’s lesser known beaches, so don’t expect a big crowd, but you might meet a few fellow gay tourists here.
