Evolution Wonderlounge is Edmonton’s only club serving the LGBTQ community year round, Evolution has won Best Dance Club (Vue Weekly, 2014-2017), Community Choice Night Club (Metro, 2017), Best LGBT Bar (Vue Weekly, 2015-2017), and Best Club Night (Vue Weekly, 2016-2017).

Home of regular drag and burlesque entertainment, the club has hosted guests like Chi Chi La Rue, Leslie Jordan, Lady Bunny, Alyssa Edwards, Bianca Del Rio, Amanda Lepore, Cazwell, Rocco Steele, Brent Corrigan, Brent Everett, and more.

EVO is proud to be active in the community. Since opening in 2013, over $250,000 has left the venue to go back into groups and causes such as the Red Cross, Canadian Mental Health Association, cancer research, HIV Edmonton, GSAs, and more. In addition to great dance floors on Friday and Saturday, EVO is home to trivia nights, karaoke, comedy and poetry nights, and more. Check out the events calendar for details on upcoming shows.
