This Beautiful Marina, known as Saville Town Wharf, was originally built in the nineteenth century as a busy transport hub for the textile industry in Dewsbury.

Years later, it had become a scrapyard for boats that were no longer seaworthy. Left unused and derelict, it had become an eyesore for the locals and was left long forgotten. Our family took over the site in 1982 with the vision of the beauty that lay beyond. Fast forward to now, and we are an award-winning pub serving fresh seasonal food utilising local produce to bring delicious plates and hand-pulled ales to you.
