This idyllic, traditional cottage, is full of charm and is set in this delightful, little market town.

The cottage sleeps four in a double and king-size beds. Parking is available outside the cottage, which is at a premium in Holt. The cottage has a large, lawned garden.
The lounge has comfortable seating, a log burner with firewood supplied, Smart TV, CD and DVD. There is a drop-leaf dining table with chairs stowed within it The kitchen was refitted in January 2023 and is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and counter-top freezer. There is a ground-floor bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and hand basin. There are two bedrooms, a king-size room and a smaller double room.
Behind the cottage is a large brick and flint outhouse which contains a washing machine and provides storage for outdoor furniture, bikes and buggies.

Please note that the stairs are steep, and the toilet is downstairs. Consequently, this cottage is not suitable for guests with impaired mobility
