Queer Britain Museum is a riot of voices, objects and images from the worlds of activism, art, culture and social history covering over 100 years of queer life. There's a great gift shop too.

Alongside the permanent evolving collection, there are special temporary exhibitions planned for 2025: Jimmy Somerville & Bronski Beat (12 March-25 May), 20 Years of UK Black Pride (04 June-31 August), the Terry Higgins Memorial Quilt (11-15 June) and Top by Claye Bowler (10 September-23 November). Admission is free and tickets can be booked at www.queerbritain.org.uk.

Queer Britain is a charity (1180240) without any regular government funding support, and solely relies on donations and memberships.
