Established non smoking family run bed and breakfast in Newquay, Cornwall. We offer very clean comfy rooms, free parking and Wi-Fi with a continental breakfast. Ideal for couples and families. Sorry, no stag or hen parties.

Very close to beaches, amazing views and coastal walks or if you're into adventure, the activity centre is only a short walk away offering surfing, jet skiing, bodyboarding and kayaking. The town centre is an easy 20-25 minute walk with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. If you're into nature we have Newquay Zoo which is a 15-20 minute walk down in Trenance valley where you'll also find Trenance gardens and boating lake. The Blue Reef Aquarium is in the town centre and worth a visit! We are on a main road which has bus stops seconds away to all the places of interest. The world famous Eden project is about 30 mins away by car, and there is also a bus that can take you there.
