Oulu Pride 2026

Oulu Pride takes place from the 3rd to 9th August 2026.

Oulu Pride is an association founded in the fall of 2018, which organises the Oulu Pride event week. The purpose of the association is to promote the realisation of human rights and to work for an equal and equal Oulu for everyone. In accordance with the Pride idea, we celebrate the diversity of humanity and increase awareness of sexual and gender minorities. All the colours of the rainbow will shine on the Bright City of the North, when Oulu Pride celebrates diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Satuday 8th
Parade
12:00-14:00 Come and join us for the most colourful day of the year in Oulu. Once again this year, we’ll be marching in support of equality and non-discrimination. The Oulu Pride parade will gather at Kuusisaari, make its presence felt throughout Oulu city centre, and return to Kuusisaari to celebrate the park festival.

Festival
14:00-19:00 Bring your own picnic, a blanket and weather-appropriate clothing to the park. There are food stalls, a water fountain and portable toilets on site. Please also bring your own water bottle, which you can refill at the water point. There are litter bins in the area, so let’s work together to keep the event area clean and pleasant throughout the celebrations. Oulu Pride’s volunteer clean-up teams will also be patrolling the area.
