Colin & Brenda offer a warm welcome to our small friendly b&b in the centre of Harrogate. Great location for business opposite the conference centre, or for pleasure being close to York, Leeds and gateway to the Yorkshire dales.
We offer twelve individually decorated en-suite bedrooms. All rooms are en-suite, our superior rooms have a bath with over bath shower, the rest have a shower, all have complimentary toiletries. Each are decorated to a high standard with controllable central heating, freeview digital LCD remote control colour television, many widescreen, direct dial telephone, free WI-FI, hair dryer, alarm clock radio, tea, coffee and beverage welcome tray. Access at all times.

The prices are from £40.00 per person per night in a double room, depending on the size of room and date required. This includes full English breakfast and VAT at the current rate. Most double rooms have a desk or writing area with light for our business guests to work on.
